Whitney Kenner-Jones's academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health/Community Health Education from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Strayer University, and a law degree from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, GA. Licensed in both Georgia and Oregon, her comprehensive understanding of the law, court procedures, and innovative possibilities equips her for the role of Douglas County Commissioner.
